ACME Credit Partners Amplifies Leadership Team By Adding Liz Veilleux as Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations

New York, New York (June 25, 2024) — ACME Credit Partners, a New York-based credit-focused investment firm, announced today the placement of Liz Veilleux as Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations. In addition to augmenting ACME’s leadership team, this new hire adds further breadth and depth to ACME’s capabilities and will accelerate the execution of the firm’s strategy to deploy creative financing solutions to the lower middle market.

Founded in 2023 by Peter Eschmann and Jay Rogers — both former Managing Directors at Cerberus Capital Management — ACME provides senior secured structures from $10-$150 million to non-sponsor and sponsor-backed companies with $5 million+ EBITDA through term loans, last-out tranches, revolvers, and bridge loans.

Liz Veilleux joins the leadership team as Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations, bringing her comprehensive background from various roles across business development and client relations. She most recently served as Head of Business Development at Global Delta Capital and held roles at Acadian Asset Management, Wellington Management, and Summit Partners.

“Joining the ACME team, I look forward to growing the platform by virtue of my extensive network and demonstrated track record of partnering closely with a wide array of institutional investors,” shared Veilleux. “We have an incredible opportunity, and I am extremely proud to be a part of this highly talented team. I look forward to connecting with investors who are considering diversifying their portfolios via private credit.”

"Over the last year, we have concentrated on expanding our team and are thrilled to welcome Liz to ACME. Her deep expertise, renowned network, and leadership background complete our C-suite starting lineup,” said ACME founding Managing Partner Peter Eschmann.
